Baby Friendly Sautéed Spiced Apples

Baby Friendly Sautéed Spiced Apples

These delicious sautéed apples take minutes to whip up and are perfect for little ones without teeth as they are soft but easy to grip.

Healthy fat paired with fruit and flavour make a seriously tasty snack! These can also easily be made vegan by using coconut oil instead of butter.

I’m a little heavy handed with the cinnamon as it’s my sons favourite spice but you can start out with less!

The cinnamon and natural sweetness of the apple add plenty of flavour to this simple snack.

Check out my blog post on ways to serve apples to babies. Whether you are following a purée approach or BLW there are a range of options!
