Banana Omelette

Okay, I know a sweet omelette might sound a little strange but this has been such a huge hit! It just works! It's fluffy, light, nutrient dense and has no added sugar.

It is quick, easy, uses store cupboard ingredients and only takes a few minutes to whip up.

This simple omelette is loaded with protein, iron, healthy fat and lots of vitamins and minerals, making it a fab breakfast or snack for you and your little one.

I’m so excited to bring you this recipe in partnership with Constructive Eating - their dinosaur plates and utensils set. Their fun dinnerware sets are all about combining fun with food with function and helping keep little ones engaged at meal times.

Kids are just like us and eat with their eyes first so making food fun and exciting can make meals more appealing and can encourage them to try a wider variety. Even playing with food, touching it and exploring it counts as an exposure and this plate and utensil set combines fun and exposure!
