Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

CARROT CAKE PANCAKES

These make a delicious breakfast; healthy carbs, protein, fat, fibre and so tasty!

They’ll keep you and your little ones fuelled until snack time!

Cook: 15 mins

Serves: 2 adults & 2 toddlers 

Suitable From: 1 year + (omit maple syrup for under 1’s)

Can be frozen for 3 months  


What do you need?
•1 cup buckwheat flour
•1/2 cup coconut milk
•1 grated carrot
•1 chia egg
•1 tsp of vanilla powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 tsp ginger
•2 tbsps coconut oil
•Freshly grated nutmeg
•2 tbsps maple syrup (or more of you prefer them sweeter)
Then...
1. Combine the dry ingredients and then add in the wet ingredients.
2. Cook in a dash of coconut oil on a low heat. Flip when bubbles appear.
3. Repeat with the remaking batter
