Mango Lassi

Lassi is a refreshing drink, perfect on warm days. It is a traditional Indian drink that can be made savoury or sweet. The sweet version traditionally uses milk, yoghurt, spices, sugar and/or fruit. Here is my healthy spin on it! The flavours come together beautifully to create an aromatic and seriously delicious drink!

What do you need?

  • 3/4 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Optional:

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • A couple of dates if you want it sweeter

Then...

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If it is a little thick, add in some more milk.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
