Strawberry & Watermelon Hydrating Popsicles

Strawberry & Watermelon Hydrating Popsicles

These delicious strawberry and watermelon popsicles are naturally sweetened with honey, refreshing and a great way to hydrate sick kids! Strawberries and watermelon have a high water content, 91% and 92% respectively and are therefore a fantastic way to help sick toddlers “eat water” and amp up fluid intake on sick days.

Honey is a great addition to this popsicle recipe as It contains high antibacterial properties and antimicrobial compounds to suppress coughs and boosts the immune system. NOTE: no honey for under 1’s.

They are also loaded with vitamin C from the strawberries and lemon to help fight colds.

I love the Nuby fruitsicles ice pop tray for making Popsicles as the handles are perfect for little hands
