Oat & Coconut 4 Ingredient Bliss Balls
Oat & Coconut
4 Ingredient Bliss Balls
Simple, delicious and come together in 5 minutes without the need for a blender! Total mum win! I love bliss balls as you can prep them in advance, store them in the fridge or freezer and they are packed full of healthy fats and protein! These are seriously the ultimate "grab and go" snack!
These are adaptable, moreish and so easy to make. I love keeping a stash of bliss balls in the freezer for busy days.
The addition of oats adds carbohydrate and fibre and the nut butter brings protein and healthy fat.
