Apple Printing 

This simple activity is great to build fine motor skills and have a lot of fun!

You can encourage colour mixing, exploring shapes and pattern and different textures through this activity.

Z started out painting the apples and the stamping and then moved onto dunking them straight into the paint.

You could provide a pre made tree for them to stamp the apples onto or paint a basket and add apples to it! 

What do you need:

1 Apple, sliced in half

Paint

Large sheet of paper

Paint brushes

Splash mat

 

Then...

1. Explain to your toddler how to use the apple to make prints, or show them!
