Buckwheat Pizza
I’m not going to tell you that this tastes like regular pizza dough but I can assure you that it’s just as delicious and totally Toddler approved! Buckwheat brings protein, iron, B Vitamins and calcium making it a great alternative to regular pizza dough.

Serves: 1 adult & 1 toddler

What do you need?
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
Then...
- Preheat your oven to 200ºC.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined and a dough forms. You may need a dash more flour to get the consistency right.
- Gently roll out the dough and then transfer it onto a pizza tray or a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Then add on your toppings of choice and bake until the cheese melts.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
