Breakfast Smoothie
This recipe is so easy and quick, you’ll have a delicious and nutrient dense breakfast ready in minutes! It’s loaded with healthy fat from the avocado, protein from the yoghurt and chia seeds, omega 3’s and slow release carbs from the oats.
Frozen fruit makes this smoothie a lot creamier but fresh works just as well! You can substitute the milk with more yoghurt for a thick smoothie bowl version.

What do you need?
1 ripe small ripe banana
1 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup full fat Greek yoghurt (or substitute coconut yoghurt for a dairy free/vegan alternative)
1 cup full fat milk (or substitute any plant based milk for a dairy free/vegan alternative)
Then...
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
- If you prefer a thinner consistency add a little more more milk!
- Serve and enjoy!
