What do you need?
1 cup/150g dried couscous
1 cup/240ml hot water
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
A handful of chopped parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup/120g grated cheese
2 tbsp tomato puree
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add the couscous to a large bowl and pour over the hot water. Cover with a plate and leave for 5 minutes.
Then add in the oregano, paprika, parsley, minced garlic , cheese and tomato puree. Using your hands combine the mixture until it comes together.
Form small nugget shapes using your hands and place onto the baking tray.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes, until golden.
Allow to cool before serving.
These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
