Pumpkin Spice Milk

Festive, seasonal, delicious and no refined sugar! This drink is so warming and full of flavour and vitamins and minerals!

What do you need?

2 cups milk (any kind)

3 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp honey * (see note)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg


Then...

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a pan and heat gently, whisking until the ingredients are well combined
  2. Serve warm or pop into the fridge once cool and enjoy this cold!


Note:

No honey for under 1’s.

 

Make it vegan:

Substitute the honey with maple syrup.
