Baby & Toddler Friendly Pumpkin Recipes

Baby & Toddler Friendly Pumpkin Recipes

Pumpkin season is officially upon us and we have been testing out so many pumpkin themed recipes! My little man loves pumpkin and it’s been so much fun finding new and interesting ways to serve it!

Whether you opt for baking a pumpkin and making your own pumpkin purée or using a can, pumpkin is a superb source of fibre, vitamins and minerals and certainly a welcome addition to our diets!

Here are some of our favourite pumpkin spice recipes which have been part of our weekly rotation and are so delicious!

  1. Pumpkin Spice Milk

Festive, fun and delicious! This warming milk makes a nice change the usual warm milk topped with cinnamon which I often serve!

 2. Pumpkin Spice Blender Muffins

Moist, fluffy and so tender! These muffins also freeze well and I have included allergy swaps.

    3. Pumpkin Spice French Toast

My son has been obsessed with this French toast since I first made it. You can bake it, which is perfect if whipping up a big batch!

      4. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Simple, easy to make and perfect for even the littlest of hands! These are sure to be a winner!

         5. Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

This creamy and delicious oatmeal bowl is packed with warming spices, fibre and slow release carbohydrates; perfect for fuelling busy mornings and get everyone through to snack time!
