Lassi is a refreshing drink, perfect on warm days. It is a traditional Indian drink that can be made savoury or sweet. The sweet version traditionally uses milk, yoghurt, spices, sugar and/or fruit. Here is my healthy spin on it! The flavours come together beautifully to create an aromatic and seriously delicious drink!

What do you need?
- 3/4 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup full fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- A couple of dates if you want it sweeter
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If it is a little thick, add in some more milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
