Spooky Halloween Smoothie 

This delicious smoothie is sweetened with fruit and tastes so delicious! Chia seeds add protein, fibre and omega 3’s and the berries bring plenty of vitamins and minerals! Almond butter is high in vitamin E and adds healthy fat. 

It’s great a snack or with breakfast and as it’s quite thick, it can even be popped into a reusable pouch for snack time on the go!

Can be frozen for 3 months into Popsicles

What do you need?

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh of frozen)

1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cups milk (or plant based alternative for vegan/dairy free alternative)

1 tbsp almond butter

Then...

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. If you prefer a thinner consistency add a little more more milk!
  3. Serve and enjoy!
