Berry Smoothie

Berry Smoothie 

This delicious & creamy smoothie is so easy to whip up and is only sweetened with fruit.  It’s nutrient dense, loaded with healthy fat, protein, a plethora of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants.

It’s great a snack or with breakfast and as it’s quite thick, it can even be popped into a reusable pouch for snack time on the go!

Frozen fruit makes this smoothie  a lot creamier but fresh works just as well!

Suitable From: 6 months 

Can be frozen for 3 months into Popsicles

 

What do you need?

1 ripe small ripe banana

1 cup mixed berries

2 tbsps chia seeds

1/2 cup full fat Greek yoghurt

1 cup full fat milk

 

Then...

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. If you prefer a thinner consistency add a little more more milk!
  3. Serve and enjoy!

 

Make it vegan:

Use coconut milk and coconut yoghurt instead of full fat milk & Greek yoghurt.
