PB & Chocolate Banana Sandwich

PB & Chocolate Banana Sandwich

Chocolate & peanut butter is a combo that never gets old! Add in some banana and it’s elevated to the next level!

A ripe but firm banana makes this even more delicious as the banana adds natural sweetness. I always use my homemade chocolate spread for this recipe because there is no refined sugar and it is loaded with healthy fat and protein from the hazelnuts. You can find the recipe here.

Offering nutritionally dense snacks is so important as snacks are a great opportunity to offer foods you feel your child may not be eating enough of at meal times, for example, healthy fats or protein.
