Veggie Fritters 

Here is a fast, easy and toddler friendly lunch/dinner idea. There is protein from the cheese and egg, a plethora of vitamins and minerals from the veg and egg and they taste delicious! I like to serve these alongside fruit/veg and diced avocado. They also work great with dips like hummus and guacamole.

Prep: 5 mins

Cook: 10 mins

Serves: 1 adult & 1 toddler 

Suitable From: 6 months +

Can be frozen for 3 months  

What do you need?

•1/2 cup steamed veggies of choice

•1 egg

•2 tbsps spelt flour

•1/2 chopped spring onion

•A small handful of cheese

•2 tbsps hemp hearts.




  1. Pop into a blender and whizz until well combined.
  2. Fry in a dash of oil.
  3. This will make 6 small fritters.
