Apple Pie Oats

Apple pie oats is always in our breakfast rotation. Quick, delicious and loaded up with protein and healthy fat to fuel busy days.

Serves: 1 adult & 1 toddler

Suitable From: 6 months + 

What do you need?

1 tbsp grass fed butter or sub coconut oil

3 cup oats

1 small grated apple

1 cup milk of choice

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

1/2 tsp mixed spice 

1 tbsp flaxseed

A couple of crushed pecan nuts



1. Add the butter to a pan and when melted add in the oats and toast for a couple of minutes.  Then add in the grated apple and milk and combine. 

2. Then stir in the flaxseed, mixed spice and cinnamon and cook for 6-7 mins, stirring until thick and creamy (if the mixture seems to thick, add a splash more milk)

3. I love to serve this topped with chopped apples, crushed pecans and a little more cinnamon!
