Bircher Muesli

Bircher Muesli

This is so delicious! It’s the perfect start to the day and takes 5 minutes prep the night before! You’ll wake up to a satisfying, flavoursome and nourishing breakfast!

The apple sauce is optional but I really love adding in in as makes this even creamier and adds more flavour! You can find my apple sauce recipe here.

Bircher muesli was created in the early 1900s by a Swiss physician and gained popularity quite quickly! This version is a little different but still has all of the same core ingredients!

I’ve added chia seeds and cashew butter for a nutritional boost to load up on protein, omega 3’s and healthy fats!
