Egg In A Hole

Egg In A Hole

Easy, quick and nutrient dense! This 3 ingredient  breakfast (or snack!) is a cinch to whip up and so fun! You could even add on a sprinkling of cheese or for toddlers and older children a drizzle of maple syrup is delicious!

Get your little ones involved with using a cookie cutter and cracking the eggs!

I’m so thrilled to be partnering up with St Ewe Eggs to bring you this recipe! I used their new generation  super eggs for this - they are an excellent source of vitamin d, selenium and DHA omega 3’s. The free range hens are fed a special super feed that amps up the nutritional value of the eggs.

For a fun Halloween twist use a pumpkin or ghost cookie cutter instead! I also used mini cookie cutters to cut out some pumpkin shapes fruit to go with it!
