Gingerbread Oatmeal

Gingerbread Oatmeal

Deliciously warming and full of flavour some spices, this oatmeal is perfect on cold mornings. Oats bring slow release carbohydrates and the addition of blackstrap molasses is a great way to boost iron intake!

This oatmeal bowl comes together in just a few minutes and you can easily double up the batch for breakfast later in the week! Just add a little more milk when reheating!

Prep: 5 mins

Cook: 10 mins
