No Added Sugar Banana & Peanut Butter Crepes
These crepes are unbelievably delicious! Banana and peanut butter are such a delicious combo and these feel like an absolute decadent breakfast!
You can keep these vegan by using plant based milk and you can really go to town with optional toppings!
They are light, flavoursome and packed with goodness! You need to make these ASAP!

Serves: 2 adults & 2 toddlers

What do you need?
2 1/4 cups spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsps flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder/paste/extract
1 1/2 cups milk of choice
1 tbsp coconut oil (+ extra for cooking)
To serve:
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 bananas
A pinch of cinnamon
Then...
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, flaxseed, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Slowly pour in the milk and the coconut oil. Combine until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a dash of coconut oil in a pan and then pour in the batter. I use a large ladle full for each crepe. Spread the batter thinly and cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden.
- Top with peanut butter, sliced banana and a dash more cinnamon.
