No Added Sugar Banana & Blueberry Pancakes 

Easy, fuss free and adaptable to whatever you have in your pantry/fridge! These delicious pancakes have no added sugar, are allergy friendly and make for  a great breakfast or snack! Switch up the blueberries for other fruit of choice or sub the quinoa flakes for more oats or flour.

Cook: 10 mins

Serves: 1 adult & 1 toddler

Suitable From: 6 months +  


What do you need?

1 ripe banana

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup quinoa flakes (or sub oats)

1 tsp cinnamon

4-5 tbsps milk (any kind)

A handful of blueberries

Then...

  1. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
  2. Then  add in the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Add some coconut oil to a pan and heat on a low-medium heat. When hot  spoon on the batter using a tablespoon. Cook on each side for a couple of minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Serve with Greek yoghurt for dipping or fruit on the side!
