No Added Sugar Chia Jam
This jam is nutrient packed, only contains natural sugar and takes minutes to make. This jam is really versatile too, spread on toast, layer up with chia pudding, use it as a dip or serve with yoghurt for a snack.
Chia seeds are full of goodness, omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, magnesium and calcium, thereby making them a fantastic addition to any diet.

Serves: 10 servings

Can be frozen for 3 months
What do you need?
2 cups of strawberries (around a punnet)
4 tbsps chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla powder/extract
Then...
1. Hull the strawberries and whizz in a blender.
2. Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla and pop into a container and let it set overnight.
3. This will keep for a week in the fridge in an airtight container.
