Oat & Chia Bliss Balls


These bliss balls are a delicious and balanced snack. You don’t need a blender, just minimal ingredients and they are so moreish! These little balls of goodness are packed with fibre, protein and healthy fats.

What do you need?

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon



 1. Mix everything in a bowl until combined, then roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
