Oat & Almond Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are so quick to make, absolutely addictive and are a fab balanced snack. You don’t need a blender, just minimal ingredients and they are so moreish!

These little balls of goodness are packed with fibre, protein, and healthy fats and did I say totally addictive?!

You can easily double this recipe and store half in the freezer for another time.

Can be frozen for 3 months  


What do you need?

3/4 cup oats

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup almond butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

4 tbsp chia seeds

 

Then...

Add the oats, almond flour and chia seeds to a bowl and combine.

Add the almond butter and maple syrup, stirring to combine. I prefer to use my hands for this.

Take about a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
