Raspberry Chia Pudding


Raspberry Chia Pudding 

This creamy and delicious snack or breakfast takes minutes to prep and tastes SO good! This easy chia pudding is loaded with flavour, fibre, protein and lots of vitamins and minerals!

Chia puddings are so quick and easy. Make them the night before and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast waiting!

You can use any milk you like for this, almond, oat, whole cows milk and coconut milk are absolutely delicious!

Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and a good source of iron, magnesium and zinc. They are a real superfood and a great addition to our diets!

All you need are 6 ingredients and 2 minutes to prep this!

Prep: 2 mins

Cook: 3 hours - overnight

Serves: 1 adult & 1 toddler

Suitable From: 6 months (Note: omit hobey for under 1’s)

 

What do you need?

1 cup raspberries (fresh of frozen)

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1 cup/240ml milk of choice

A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp vanilla powder/extract/paste

1 tbsp honey (no honey for under 1’s - you can omit)

 

    Then...

    1. In a bowl or jar with a lid combine the raspberries, chia seeds, milk, lemon juice, vanilla and honey. Mix to combine.

    2. Pop on the lid and place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours but ideally overnight

    3. Before serving, top with extra raspberries if you like!

    NOTE : No honey for under 1’s.
