When it comes to Indian cooking there are many interpretations of each dish due to an individual’s cultural background, flavour and recipes. Cooking methods vary across regions and families also. The recipes in this eBook are based on, and inspired by, traditional North Indian recipes from the Panjab passed down to me from my mother and grandmother.
